Jakarta, 28 August 2026 — PT Huadian Bukit Asam Power (HBAP) received four awards at the Indonesia QHSE for Business Sustainability Awards (IQSA) 2026, organised by Business Asia at Hotel Bidakara, Jakarta.
The company won The Best QHSE Safety Culture and Company Concerned 2026, The Best QHSE Sustainable Energy 2026 and The Best QHSE in Digital Innovation 2026, while Deputy President Director Dody Arsadian received The Best QHSE Leadership Excellence 2026.
The jury pointed to how quality, health, safety and environmental management is built into daily operations at Sumsel-8 MMCFPP — from the supercritical boilers and flue-gas desulphurisation that keep emissions low, to regular carbon-emission reporting to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
