Moving Dynamically, PT Huadian Bukit Asam Power Wins Award from Indonesian Electricity

Jakarta, 2 May 2024 - PT Huadian Bukit Asam Power (“PT HBAP”), a joint venture between PT Bukit Asam Tbk and China Huadian Corporation, succeeded in winning a prestigious award at the annual event organized by Electricity Indonesia. This award was given for the role and contribution of PT HBAP in national electricity development.

The 2024 Indonesian Electricity Awards event is held annually by Indonesian Electricity Magazine in order to give appreciation to companies in the electricity sector that have demonstrated innovation and high commitment to the development of the energy sector in Indonesia. PT HBAP specifically received an award with the title "The Most Innovative Company in Power Generation", for the company's initiative in implementing clean and efficient technology which has contributed significantly to energy efficiency and emission reduction.

The President Director of PT HBAP, Mr. Gu Qiucheng, expressed his gratitude for the award received. This award marks the importance of the private sector's role in supporting the Indonesian government in maintaining national energy security.
