In order to commemorate National K3 Month 2025, Tanjung Lalang PLTU is committed to supporting the theme "Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the Implementation of the K3 Management System (SMK3) to Increase Productivity".
This ceremony is a manifestation of the company's commitment to supporting the implementation of the K3 Management System to ensure the safety and health of all employees, while increasing the company's operational productivity.
This activity was attended by the leadership of HBAP, including the Director of Planning and Business Development of HBAP, as well as workers in the Tanjung Lalang PLTU work area, and invited guests.
In his report, Senior Manager HSE HBAP expressed his appreciation for the company's OHS achievements in 2024. "We welcome the commemoration of the 2025 National OHS Month with the theme Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the OHS Management System. Last year, Tanjung Lalang PLTU managed to record 500 days of electricity production without work accidents. In addition, we also received the Excellent Company in Safety and Environment award from China Huadian Group. This is the result of hard work together with the entire team."
He also emphasized the importance of continuing to improve occupational safety awareness and skills among all levels of workers.
This ceremony was held in the operational area of Tanjung Lalang PLTU, Muara Enim, which is the center of HBAP's company activities.
