HBAP and PT Perusahaan Listrik Pintar Energi (PLPE) Celebrate International Women’s Day, Advancing Inclusivity at Sumsel-8 Power Plant

At the heart of the Sumsel-8 Power Plant, where precision, discipline, and teamwork drive daily operations, the presence and contributions of women continue to shape a more inclusive and dynamic workplace. Marking this spirit, HBAP together with its Operations & Maintenance partner PLPE, the company responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Sumsel-8 Power Plant, commemorated International Women’s Day through a meaningful gathering that celebrated the role of women across the organization.

The event brought together employees from HBAP and PLPE in an atmosphere of appreciation and reflection, highlighting how diversity has become an integral part of the company’s growth. As part of the celebration, the company also organized a symbolic appreciation session by distributing flowers and chocolates to female employees, representing strength, appreciation, and care.
